Proficience Group - Gap AnalysisThe difference between current performance and desired performance is the performance gap. Performance efficiency is the ratio between the expended effort and the results achieved toward organizational goals and objectives.

TPGI will analyze the performance gap. A list of all attributes, competencies and performance levels of the present situation (”what is”), compared with the required objective (”what should be”), highlight the gaps that exist and determine the steps needed to move from the current state to the desired state closing the performance gap and improving performance efficiency.
