PROCESS AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Meeting established goals and objectives is vital for organizational success. Poor performance is the result of a fundamental breakdown or failure of a process. Determining the root cause of poor performance can be a challenge, whether it involves a process or human performance.
TPGI can analyze the process failure and recommend solutions to prevent a recurrence of the setback. TPGI will analyze the problem or non-conformance to get to the root cause of the problem and determine the underlying issue(s) affecting performance.
